Change of address
Please let us know if you are moving! The Post Office will not forward books to your new address because they are mailed at book rate, so please send your new address as soon as you know it. You may change your address by filling out the form below , or emailing the new information to djohnson@booksfrombirth.org or calling 901/820-4501. Be sure to include your moving date so your books won't arrive before you do.

If you are moving outside of Shelby County but inside Tennessee, please contact the Governor's Books from Birth Foundation at 1-877-99-BOOKS for information about Imagination Library in your new county.
