How to Enroll
All Shelby County children under age five are encouraged to register for Imagination Library!
Click here to register online through the Imagination Library web site. If you prefer to print a form that you may mail, simply select the "Paper Form" link and fill out a request for a form to be mailed to you.
Book orders are placed on the 9th or 10th of each month, and the first book should arrive within 8 weeks.
If you are already registered and need to change your mailing address, please click "Change of Address" and fill out the form to send us your new information.

Outside Shelby County?
If you are a Tennessee resident outside of Shelby County, please contact the Governor's Books from Birth Foundation at 877-99-BOOKS to obtain registration information for your local Imagination Library. |
